In his criminal law practice, Mr. Weiss has represented clients in all Arizona Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Weiss, a former Deputy Pima County Attorney, has represented clients charged with a wide array of major felony crimes, including first-degree murder.
